SHIPPING RATES
Shipping to Australia:
We have a flat rate shipping of $10.00AUD and an express rate of $15.00AUD.
Shipping to Newzealand:
We have a flat rate shipping of $15.00AUD and an express rate of $20.00AUD.
We offer FREE express shipping on all orders over $100.00AUD for both Australia and New Zealand orders.
We do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand at this stage.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for all standard shipping and 3-5 for express in Australia.
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for all standard shipping and 5-10 for express to New Zealand.
please note that during public holidays and sale periods these times may differ.
Returns
Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any of our products.
Faulty products:
If you have received a faulty item from us, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from receiving your order. Just fill out the form from the link below, or alternatively you can find it in our 'contact us' section. Be sure to include your order number and we will send you a returns form to print and fill out with return instructions.
Please note that we do not cover return postage costs.
